TheInternationalTrainingProgramofWastetoEnergywillbeconductedbetweenSeptember12thand26th,2016,inthebeautifulcityofHangzhou,China.ItissponsoredbyDepartmentofInternationalCooperation,MinistryofScienceandTechnologyofChina,inordertooffertrainingaidtodevelopingcountries.OrganizerisZhejiangUniversity.ThetrainingaidaimstoimparttheadvancedtechnologyandpracticalexperienceconcerningmunicipalsolidwasteincinerationofChina,helpingtechniciansfromotherdevelopingcountriestoimprovetheiracademicandengineeringskills,andpromotinginternationalcommunicationandcooperation.
Thetutorialswillbegivenbyuniversityprofessors,seniorcorporateexecutivesandseniorengineers,withthecontentscoveringtheoreticalknowledgeandpracticalexperience,advancedresearchandcurrentapplications,engineeringtechniquesandspecification,estimationandanalysisofinvestmentandprofit,etc.Detailsareshownintheattachment.Bothlecturesandsitetripsareincluded,allpresentedinEnglish.Attendanceisexpectedtobe20applicantsfromdevelopingcountries.ParticipantswhohavecompletedallcoursesandbeenqualifiedinassessmentwillbeawardedacertificateissuedbyMinistryofScienceandTechnology.Accommodationsduringthetraining periodin China will be covered by the program.

CandidateRequirement
Seniorpersonnelengagedinwastemanagementareexpected,includinggovernmentofficials,scientificresearchers,engineersandfinancialinvestmentstaff.Inprinciple,nomorethantwoapplicantsfromthesameinstitutionwillberecruited.Allcandidatesshouldfilltheapplicationform(withintheattachment)andsendittothesecretary.
