Recently, General Office and Government of Zhejiang Province issued NO.130 document of 2011, and announced the third batch name list of "Super Expert"of Zhejiang Province, Professor Luo Zhongyang, who is the dean of department of Energy Engineering and the director of the State Key Laboratory of Clean Energy Utilization of Zhejiang University, was selected with glory.
· General Office and Government of Zhejiang Province deeply implemented the Strategy of Constructing a Province Strong in Talents , innovated the system of selecting, fostering and managing the high-level talents ,and strengthened the construction of the high-level talents, the evaluation of “Super Expert” of Zhejiang Province is the important measures.As the highest academic and technical title, “Super Expert”, which is just behind national academician, is regarded as "academician of Zhejiang Province". It is elected once in three years and the total number should be no more than 100. The participants for the election are experts or scholars who own great achievement in the area of nature science basic research or applied research, engineering science and technology, humanities and social sciences,and whose academic technology is at the domestic advanced level.There are 20 "Super Experts" selected in the whole province this year. So far there are two professors of our department had won this honor.
