The annual meeting of academic board of State Key Laboratory of Clean Energy Utilization of 2011 was grand held in Hang Zhou on Dec.3rd, 2011.There are about 60 people attending the meeting, which is host by Professor Ni Mingjiang, President of institute for sustainable energy of Zhejiang University, and Academician Bao Xinhe, President of Shenyang Branch of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
The attenders included Professor Wu Zhaohui, vice-president of Zhejiang University, Ming Ju, head of basic division of scientific department , Ministry of education, Liu Tao, head of third division of engineering,National Natural Science Foundation of China,Ji Jun,dean of teaching department, Academician Bao Xinhe, Professor Yao Qiang of Tsinghua University, Professor Zhang Mingchuan of Shanghai Jiaotong University,Wang Yang, researcher of institute of Shanxi coal chemistry, and Academician Cen Kefa, Professor Ni Mingjiang, Professor Luo Zhongyang, Professor Yan Jianhua, Professor Fan Jianren, Professor Gao Xiang, Professor Qiu limin and other Professors from Key Laboratory of Zhejiang University.
Firstly, Wu Zhaohui welcomed the attending experts and leaders on behalf of Zhejiang University, and thanked them for their big support for State Key Laboratory of Clean Energy Utilization, and posed higher requirement for Laboratory at the same time.Then Ming Ju, Liu Tao, Ji Jun and Cen Kefa addressed important talk respectively. Professor Luo Zhongyang, the head of State Key Laboratory, gave the report of 2011,which containing the outstanding achievements obtained in scientific research, talent fostering, international communication and cooperation of the Laboratory this year.
The Laboratory specially invited BaoXinhe and Ming Ju for special report.Cheng Jun reported the innovative research process of microalgal energy.The member of committee inspected new large instruments and the construction of several innovative area . The academic board checked and passed the work report and open fund project of the Laboratory, they fully appreciated the achievement that made this year£¬and suggested that Laboratory should futher condense the objective, do more to appeal high-level talents, and strengthen the ability to do original research and undertake major basic research,and then make more contribution to improving national ability of research and appliance in energy and environment and fostering talents as well.
