浙江大学高翔院士团队主要从事能源与环境领域减污降碳的应用基础研究和技术研发(参考链接:https://person.zju.edu.cn/0095166。计划招收博士后/专职研究员5名,科研助理2名。

一、招聘岗位及条件

岗位一:博士后/专职研究员(5名)

岗位职责:

1.承担科研工作,协助指导研究生;

2.重点研究方向包括但不限于:

Ø 能源高效清洁利用

Ø 污染物脱除及资源化利用

Ø 能源环保材料

Ø 智能控制、智慧能源

Ø 能源战略

3.完成团队及学科要求的其他工作。

任职要求:

1.博士研究生学历,博士后一般不超过35周岁,专职研究员一般不超过38周岁。有良好的团队协作精神,勤奋主动,严谨负责,有创新意识,能独立开展相关研究工作。

2.具有良好的学术背景、较强的创新能力和学术潜力,科研成果在其所在技术领域发表高水平论文者优先。

3.在能源相关领域有研究或从业经验者优先。

薪酬待遇:

1.博士后

工资及福利待遇按浙江大学博士后相关规定执行,综合年薪不少于30万元,特别优秀者待遇面谈。人事关系进入学校后从事博士后研究工作2年及以上,可申请晋升副研究员资格;博士后出站考核优秀者,可优先推荐申请浙江大学教职岗位。按学校有关规定,可申请租住学校教师公寓或申请学校租房补助。支持依托团队平台参加国际高水平学术会议,以及申报各类基金项目。

2.专职研究员

纳入浙江大学事业编制管理,工资及福利待遇按学校专职研究员相关规定执行,综合年薪不少于30万元。按学校有关规定,可申请租住学校教师公寓。支持依托团队平台参加国际高水平学术会议,以及申报各类企事业合作项目或基金项目。

岗位二:科研助理(2名)

岗位职责:

1.协助开展相关实验研究、产业调研等科研辅助工作;

2.协助研究报告、行业发展报告、国家/行业标准等规划、撰写工作;

3.其他与科研相关的工作。

任职要求:

1.本科及以上学历,年龄不超过40周岁。有良好的团队协作精神,勤奋主动,严谨负责,有创新意识,能独立开展相关试验操作或技术开发工作。

2.对能源科学与技术感兴趣,有志于从事相关工作。

3.有科研项目管理及实验室管理相关工作经验者优先。

4.在能源高效清洁利用、污染物脱除及资源化利用、能源环保材料、智能控制、智慧能源、能源战略等相关领域有研究或从业经验者优先。

薪酬待遇:

工资及福利待遇按浙江大学技术员相关标准执行,享受五险一金等相关福利,综合年薪10-30万元,具体待遇面议。支持依托团队平台参加国际高水平学术会议,以及申报各类企事业合作项目或基金项目。

Positions in Prof. GAO Xiang’s Group, 

College of Energy Engineering, Zhejiang University

 

Prof. GAO Xiang’s group in the College of Energy Engineering at Zhejiang University carry out fundamental and applied research on carbon mitigation and air pollution reduction in energy and environmental engineering. We plan to recruit 5 postdoctoral fellows/ research fellows and 2 research assistants.

 

Prof. GAO Xiang is a member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the Dean of the College of Energy Engineering at Zhejiang University, the Director of the Institute of Carbon Neutrality at Zhejiang University, the Director of Baima Lake Laboratory (Zhejiang Laboratory of Energy and Carbon Neutrality), the Director of the State Environmental Protection Engineering Center for Coal Fired Air Pollution Control, a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology, a Fellow of Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering. Prof. GAO has long been engaged in fundamental and applied research on carbon mitigation and air pollution reduction in energy and environmental engineering, achieving remarkable technological innovations with large-scale industrial deployment including power and shipping industries. He has been awarded First Prize and Second Prize of the State Technological Invention Awards, Second Prize of the State Scientific and Technological Progress Award, Second Prize of the National Teaching Achievement Award, Prize of Science and Technology Innovation of Ho Leung Ho Lee Foundation, and the National May Day Labor Medal.

 

I. Job description

 

Position: Postdoctoral Fellow/Research Fellow

Work Location: Hangzhou, China

Responsibilities:

1. Undertake scientific research and supervise graduate students.

2. Research focuses include but not limited to

1) Energy efficiency and clean technology

2) Removal of pollutants and resource reutilization

3) Energy and environmental materials

4) Intelligent control and smart energy management

5) Energy strategies

3. Other duties related to the group as requested.

Qualifications:

1. Ph.D. degree (obtained or about to obtain), aged under 35 for postdoctoral fellow, aged under 38 for research fellow.

2. Passion and commitment towards scientific research; Good communication skills and ability to work independently and effectively in a highly collaborative research environment; Ability to independently conduct research.

3. Applicants having published or about to publish first-author papers in peer-reviewed journals are preferred.

4. Applicants with solid background in energy-related fields are preferred.

Position: Research Assistant

Work Location: Hangzhou, China

Responsibilities: 

1. Assist in carrying out relevant experimental research, industry research, among other scientific research tasks.

2. Assist in the planning and preparing of research reports, industry development reports, national/industry standards, etc.

3. Other duties related to the group as requested.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, aged under 40.

2. Highly motivated, open-minded, collaborative, interested in energy science and technology, able to independently conduct relevant test operations or technology development.

3. Applicants with previous lab experience or research project experience are preferred.

4. Applicants with background in energy efficiency and clean technology, removal of pollutants and resource reutilization, energy and environmental materials, intelligent control and smart energy management, or energy strategies are preferred.

Benefits:

1. Competitive compensation according to the Zhejiang University technician discipline. Generally, the annual compensation will be 100,000-300,000 RMB (pre-tax).
